Parent As partners

At Stroud Green Nursery we deeply respect the role that parents play as the principal carer in their child's life and we want to develop a close working relationship with you so that we are consistently meeting your families needs. We find that open, two-way communication is the best way to handle this so we make time to talk to you at the beginning and end of each day. You will also receive information about your child's day through our Famly app. This might be in the form of observations, photos, videos or simply telling you about what they have eaten or how long they have slept. 

You are able to access this information anytime via your app.

All around the nursery you will see documentation of children's experiences and evidence of their work. We will also keep you up to date with nursery events through the Famly newsfeed. 

At Stroud Green we love to involve parents in special activities such as cooking, reading to children or joining in with trips.

We also welcome any suggestions from you as parents to make our nursery the best possible place for your child to learn and grow.
