Anti Bullying
Children and young people at Stroud Green enjoy many rights. These include the right to be safe, enjoy and achieve and make a positive contribution to school life. Stroud Green maintains a caring approach to children and any form of bullying, physical, verbal, racial, homophobic, sexist or other types of harassment will not be tolerated.
Our school rules promote kindness and being safe and our anti bullying policy was written by children for children. We follow a restorative justice approach to behaviour where children take responsibility for their actions and have the opportunity to put right mistakes.
Each year we participate in Anti-bullying week which includes assemblies, workshops, odd socks day and special events. This year the theme was "Respect" and we launched a talent competition, where children had to create a performance based on Respect. The winning entries are below.
